Arrising

An automated KSR machine rounds all edges on shaped and square glass for safety and quality, and washes the glass in the same pass. Arrising is the minimum edge treatment required before toughening. 4–19mm, from 350×180mm to 3500×2090mm.

Polishing

A straight-line edger with diamond wheels and cerium oxide produces a brilliant, flawless finish for exposed edges — shower screens, mirrors, table tops, and splashbacks. 4–19mm, from 60×60mm to 3210×5100mm.

Bevelling

A Bottero automatic bevelling machine produces bevels up to 40mm high with a pencil-edge grind — for decorative mirrors and door infills. 4–19mm, from 50×50mm to 2500×2500mm.

Mitering

A Bottero Variant 810BC produces 22.5° or 45° angled edges on flat surfaces, enabling seamless corner butt joins in glazing. 4–19mm, from 100×100mm to 2500×2500mm.
